Avaya Solutions Architect - London - Permanent - GBP55,000 + benefit in London City and West End, London, UK

A top tier telecommunications company is looking for an experienced telecoms Solution Architect in Avaya with extensive experience of successfully designing and implementing solutions, based around telephony systems such as Avaya to join their successful team. They must also have experience with Avaya design and Avaya pricing tool.

Candidates must have strong people management skills as well as exceptional telephony systems Avaya and VOIP knowledge from large scale telecoms integration projects and experience of working in extremely challenging and complex environments.

Proven ability to design and implement robust, large-scale, multi-million pound solutions is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing various high-profile telecoms focussed solutions as well as gaining the support of senior stakeholders. Large financial services background is preferable, as is experience from a technical, customer / user perspective.

Voice and data networks to include IVR, ACD, CTI, OBD
