Job Description
Certified Nursing Assistant
Assists residents with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to residents and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse in charge of the unit.
Bath Aide
Bath aide is a nursing function performed by a certified nursing assistant under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Restorative Care Aide
Restorative care aide is a nursing function performed by a certified nursing assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse. .
Basic Qualifications:
Active Wisconsin CNA Certification. Current BLS Certification or obtain within 6 months.
Other Qualifications:
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.Uses effective interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize, organize and schedule tasks.Ability to work as a team member.Ability to be flexible and function well under stress.Adaptable to change.Ability to problem-solve.
License or Certification:
Benefit Eligible: No
Exemption Status: Non-exempt
Hours/Pay Period: Per Diem
Schedule Details: Vary as Needed.
Weekend Schedule: As Needed.
Compensation Detail: Education, experience, and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum pay rate is $9.85 per hour.
