Basic Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program or a Physician Assistant program.

Other Qualifications:
Professional excellence and good interpersonal and written communication skills.

License or Certification:
Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant certified by an approved nationally recognized certifying body recognized by the state. BLS certification required.

Benefit Eligible: Yes
Exemption Status: Exempt
Hours/Pay Period: 80 hours
Schedule Details: Clinic Days; Monday - Friday
