*80% Travel Monday-Thursday* *Must have a Bachelor's Degree* Prestigious Professional Services Firm is seeking 2+ year implementation specialists. Must be experienced in requirement gathering and design, process mapping and gap analysis. This position has functional responsibilities for full life cycle software implementations. This is CRM/Cloud implementations. Manager level openings are available for individuals with 5+ years experience and require PM/Lead experience on full life cycle implementation. Excellent communication skills and job stability are required. Role Description We are seeking Salesforce Cloud Professionals to work with the business process and development teams to design, implement and deploy Salesforce Cloud applications to a wide variety of clients at the enterprise level. Candidates for this role should possess knowledge of salesforce application, data migration, and integration capabilities. Additionally the candidate should have the ability to uncover business requirements, develop a technical strategy, and be able to create and effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements. Key Responsibilities May Include: Providing solution leadership and guidance Supervising process and functional design activities Creating functional requirements as an input to application design Developing detailed end to end functional designs for business solution components and prototypes Facilitating iterative working sessions Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities - onshore and offshore Planning and execution of data conversion activities (eg, test data) Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 2+ years of requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis 2+ years Salesforce implementation experience Preferred Skills Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation experience Salesforce Service Cloud implementation experience Force implementation experience Salesforce
