The Client
Our client is a leading specialist consultancy, recruiting Senior IT and Technical business professionals into large corporate and global organisations. They have been established approaching 3 years in business and due to their continued success, require a trainee consultant to join their busy office team. They have a uniquely adult approach to the recruitment process and the way the business functions on a day to day basis.
The Role
• Working alongside the Senior Consultant, to maximise sales and sales opportunities by building relationships with new and existing clients in the I.T. industry. • Effectively open new and develop existing accounts/business. • The successful candidate will eventually be working within their own vertical market, managing the full recruitment lifecycle covering business development and sales. • You will be responsible for attracting candidates by undertaking database and internet searches, qualifying candidate suitability and submitting relevant details to the client. • Maximise the contact of clients and candidates to keep records current and facilitate all issues regarding contact and permanent placements.
The Ideal Candidate
• You will be an experienced recruiter or a sales person looking for the first step into recruitment. • You will be efficient, personable and used to creating successful client relationships. • I.T. industry knowledge would be an advantage. • You will be result orientated and be able to meet deadlines under pressure. • You will be of Graduate Calibre with at least 12 months proven sales experience. • Keen and enthusiastic to learn and develop a career within the recruitment industry.
