The Company
Our client is one of the UK's most respected commercial cleaning contractors. Having quickly established a reputation for attention to detail, a comprehensive range of affordable services and a client list including some of the country's most successful companies, they are looking to recruit a number of Contract Cleaning Supervisors to their Birmingham offices.
The Role
They are looking for area contracts managers to over see daily cleaning contracts through out the above area's. You will be required to work flexi hours to accommodate over seeing all your contracts. In return, they will offer you a very good salary, up to 25 days paid holiday per annum, company car, and mobile phone, private medical insurance.
The Person
The ideal person will have solid contract cleaning experience within the cleaning services industry, excellent communicational skills, be able to organise staff and work on own initiative.
Excellent communication, teamwork and customer care skills are essential. You must be personable, well motivated, and enthusiastic with good attention to detail.
• Solid Contract Cleaning experience within the cleaning industry. • Proven ability in meeting and exceed performance targets with the minimum of supervision. • A current driving licence.
