As one of the top developing housing associations in the UK, our client is a leading South East Housing Group. Their properties range from key worker and supported housing, through to build for sale and other commercial projects. An opportunity has arisen for an Accommodation Manager to join them on a 12 month contract.
In your role as the Accommodation Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping to provide a first-rate residential housing management service at Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals NHS Trust.
Developing and maintaining good working relationships within the Trust, you'll see to it that our client is providing first-rate customer care, maximising revenues and meeting the highest standards in everything they do. You'll achieve this by supervising other staff, maximising occupancy, controlling expenditure and focusing on business development.
To succeed as the Accommodation Manager you must have previous customer care experience, and preferably some experience of housing management.
A good team player and a superb communicator at all levels, you’ll be able to stay calm under pressure, and should hold a full UK driving licence. Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is also essential.
