They are looking for a dynamic and talented Company Commercial Solicitor with 3 – 6 years PQE to report to the Head of Department you will need to demonstrate a depth of knowledge of general commercial work including experience of Share holder and Partnership agreements, LLP and Joint ventures , Drawing up contracts and agreements and negotiating on points of contracts. Experience of a Document Management System is essential.
Prerequisites for this role are the ability to think independently but also work as part of a team , have excellent communication skills and a positive and flexible approach. You will have high standards, initiative and be able to build and maintain productive working relationships.
In return for your commitment and hard work our client offers an excellent salary of 30-40k (depending on Experience) with an outstanding benefits package.
