A fantastic Opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Generalist within a large multinational manufacturing company. You will be supporting the business by Business partnering a defined group of managers with the key objectives of ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies while identifying and implementing opportunities to achieve improvement and best practice.
This is a generalist role and you will be responsible for provided advice and guidance to managers within your assigned area of the business.
Duties include:- •Proactively provide generalist HR advice and support to a defined group of managers and employees in line with employment legislation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures •Identification of opportunities to make improvements and achieve best practice. •Implementation of approved improvement projects. •Manage the pay and benefits of a defined group of employees in line with company policies and procedures. •Raise awareness of company policies and procedures via delivery of training workshops and regular liaison with manager. •Advise and assist managers with recruitment campaigns, write job descriptions, person specifications and where appropriate, conduct interviews. •Management of restructuring and change programmes, ensuring compliance with best practice and employment legislation •Design and deliver HR training workshops (e.g. discrimination, harassment, bullying, performance management, absence management and employment law) •Adhoc HR Projects •Management of the HR Administrators day to day duties.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Qualified or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience ideally in a manufacturing environment. You will be motivated and an excellent communicator.
