As a highly regarded professional services business, our client is a market leader with an enviable reputation among its blue chip clients. Following a significant period of sustained growth - both organic and by acquisition, they have now created a new position for a HR Business Partner to work within one of its major UK operating divisions.
As the HR Business Partner you will be expected to make a broad based contribution to the management of the division, working closely with the senior management team - and with functional responsibility to the UK HR Director.
Your role will be to develop HR solutions to meet business requirements by challenging, influencing and coaching managers to engage with their teams, address people issues and build people capabilities. Key areas of your role will include succession planning and talent development, strategic resourcing, performance management, retention strategies and organisation design.
To succeed as the HR Business Partner you must be CIPD qualified, with a proven track record gained in generalist HR roles, where you have successfully delivered strategic and operational support within complex multi-site environments.
Any professional services experience would be beneficial; though what’s more important is your change management experience and your ability to drive change. Proactive, innovative and determined to make a difference, you’ll also need to be an accomplished influencer and relationship builder with strong communication skills.
