Operation Tasks • Follow up with the operations team on support for problem with internet services to subscribers • Ensure proper backup and configuration to ISP infrastructure • Carry on continuous health check up and propose enhancements in the ISP infrastructure • Schedule proper upgrades / enhancements to the ISP infrastructure • Generate proper reports for management updates • Manage the ISP operations team activities and load distribution Project based Tasks • Manage projects related to the ISP infrastructure expansion and enhancements • Manage broadband services to corporate solutions (voice and data) • Audit and survey existing data services at corporate customers sites • Develop solutions that will fit corporate customers needs for ISP voice and data services

Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required • MPLS understanding and knowledge is mandatory • High level of network security understanding and experience • Understanding of systems (mainly Sun Microsystems) are considered an big plus • Medium VoIP experience and knowledge • BSc. In computer since or related field or equivalent • Network and security certificates are considered a big plus • 5 years + of experience with deployments of networks, IP core infrastructure, and security
