An opportunity has arisen in the Administration and Resources Department of Our clients Headquarters in Maidenhead for a multi talented individual to join the team.
The successful candidate will report to the Administration and Resources Manager and will provide support across the full range of admin and HR functions.
Key areas of work will involve support to:
General recruitment of permanent and contract engineers Graduate recruitment programme Coordination of staff development and training Administration of the staff assessment process Administration of training records Administration of support contracts Typing routine correspondence Managing the staff data base on HR software Maintaining filing systems Routine tasks as required by the Managing Director
Profile for HR Assistant:
Education Degree Essential Excellent written & spoken English Essential
CIPD Working towards an HR qualification Desirable
Employment experience 2 years in HR Essential
Computer Literacy A high standard of computer literacy is essential including MS Word / Excel, specialist HR packages and the ability to manipulate data. A recognized typing qualification is also desirable.
