Our client is a regulatory consultancy that assists businesses and other organisations with compliance in a number of areas including employment law. They are currently looking to recruit an Employment Lawyer to join their employment law team in Fareham, Hampshire.
In your role as an Employment Lawyer you will be responsible for advising clients, private and public sector, on employment law issues. You will also draft employment documentation such as contacts and polices. The role may also involve visiting clients 3 or 4 times a month to take instructions and review documentation.
To succeed in this role you will have significant post-qualification experience in employment law either as a solicitor or barrister. Speed, confidence and accuracy are essential, as is experience of tribunal work and decisions on levels of compensation. You will not however need to be Perry Mason. The post is suitable for someone who is looking to work in a support role rather than a litigious role. We will consider applicants looking for part-time role.
