Decorator / Painter / Plasterer

Description : Successful candidate will be responsible for General repairs and maintenance of Local Council properties.Also communal areas and Municipal buildings.
Must be in possession of:-
City and Guilds craft NVQ level 3
Full valid driving Licence with own vehicle
H&S knowledge is essential as well as awareness for lifting/COSHH/risk assessment
Own power tools.
Must have at least 5 years experience of painting/plastering.
