The role entails operating data selection and data processing software to prepare data ready for campaign execution. This involves extracting data and experience of using CRM tools would be advantageous. Responsibilities include: •Workflow processing •Selection of most appropriate tools and methodologies to carry out data manipulation and processing tasks i.e. querying the database directly using SQL •Extraction, processing and preparing campaign files •Client liaison in the form of status updates and issue resolution •Regular evaluation to ensure learnings are included in future campaign •Completion of job documentation and administration of job files •Quality Assurance checking and sign-off of proofs •Input to regular reviews of quality assurance procedures Person Specification A confident, individual with relevant data manipulation experience, capable of producing quality work, with proven ability to work to a schedule. The individual will be confident in communicating status and resolving day to day issues with both internal and external customers.
