2nd/3rd Line Engineer (Tier 2 Engineer) - UNIX/Linux, Windows 2000/XP, Windows NT Workstation. A giant in the computer security solutions industry are looking for an excellent 2nd/3rd Line Engineer (Tier 2 Engineer). As a Tier 2 Engineer you will be providing effective Case Management with the main focus on supporting my client's systems. The successful 2nd/3rd Line Engineer (Tier 2 Engineer) will have a strong understanding of UNIX/Linux operating systems with strong skills in Windows 2000/XP and/or Windows NT Workstation. You will be highly proficient in narrowing down on a problem, use documentation, tools, etc to troubleshoot. A CCNA certification is highly desirable but not essential.
