Our Client are a rapidly expanding Facilities Maintenance organisation specialising in the Maintenance of Business Critical Facilities such as Data Centres, Investment Banks and Global HQ'S of Bluechip companies.
They have specified the need for an Senior Technical Manager, managing all technical issues within a six strong portfolio of Data Centres situated around the M25. The role will have a strong emphasis towards risk management and engineering strategy within the portfolio. You will also be able implement best practises and procedures ensuring minimal risk to the critical assets. Candidates will also be required to manage large projects, advising on HV switching and taking a senior role within Health and Safety Management. You will also tackle issues such as Energy Management, Engineering Initiatives such as (Condition Based Monitoring ect) and new technologies.
You will be a seasoned Engineering or Technical Manager with indepth knowledge of maintaining Plant and Systems such as HV/LV Networks, UPS, Generators, PDU/RDU, DC Plant, HVAC, Chillers within an engineering intensive environment. Candidates will be affiliated to a Building Services or Engineering Institution, will have been HV authorised and will have previously implemented engineering strategy.
A senior role, the successful candidate being very visible within the organisation and can expect future opportunities and career progression. The opportunity comes with a salary up to 70k plus bonus, car or car allowance and a competitive package.
