The client is looking for a project manager to oversee the new-build of a warehouse in the Hull area. Our client is seeking a candidate who is able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering projects to time and to budget whilst working in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on delivery of projects, and experience of working in new-build on similar projects would be preferable. IT literacy is also essential.
You will be responsible to either a Senior Project Manager who will also be site based or to a Contracts Manager who will visit the site on a weekly basis. You will have direct control of the day to day site activity and will be responsible for overseeing health and safety, quality and production.
