-Several years of experience within the field -Bachelor degree in urban design, landscape architecture, city planning, architecture or related disciplines -Education background or experience in architecture is an add on -Able to work across disciplines above mentioned -Strong communication, coordination and creative design skills -Confident, hardworking, enthusiastic -Good knowledge of graphics packages (Adobe Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up) would be a definite advantage -Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential -Interested adventuring the merging market in China
