Description : In the fast-paced, highly sales-driven world of the Recruitment Consultant, each day provides new challenges and little time for boredom. You will need your wits about you from the moment you walk through the door in the morning until the end of the day. With an aggressive growth strategy in place, Calco Services, established in the building design and construction industry for more than 20 years is on the hunt for Recruitment Consultants on our wave length.
We are particularly keen to hear from those who have followed a Construction, Built Environment or Engineering path in their education and have the aptitude and desire to constantly strive or success. We can teach you the sales and negotiation skills to be a success in recruitment, but you must have the aspiration and attitude to succeed.
You will build on our growing network of clients across the UK, Europe and beyond, possessing a proactive attitude that will enable you to exploit ever increasing opportunities.
You will be involved in the full recruitment process from initial prospecting via cold calling, networking and candidate marketing through to managing the applicant flow and making those placements.
The successful individual will be a team player, not only driven by an individual desire to succeed, both personally and financially but also by the desire to see your team achieve their goals. In addition, you must be able to work autonomously, be self-motivated and ambitious. This role will NOT suit an individual looking for an easy ride, but the long-term career prospects will reward you for your efforts. The opportunity to progress to moulding and lead your own successful team is available for the right individuals.
Based in East Croydon, the package will consist of a Generous Salary, Performance Bonus, Monthly Target-Based Incentive Scheme, Life Cover and Company Pension Scheme.
