Working in the Preston Contact Centre, you will be in a larger team of around 60 people, split into smaller teams of around 14 - big enough to be fun, small enough to develop excellent working relationships at all levels.

· You have previous Customer Service experience (either in a contact centre or retail environment)?
· You enjoy helping customers above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that customers are ALWAYS happy?

If successfully appointed in this position you will work 37.5 hours per week, over 5 days, with a shift pattern - Don146;t worry - you will always know your shifts well in advance! The centre is open from 08.30 - 19.00 Monday thru to Friday and 09.00 - 17.00 Saturdays (working one Saturday in three will be required).
