Two full time Specialty Doctors are required in the Accident and Emergency to work full time in this NHS Hospital. This is a 6 month locum post with the possibility of an extension following approval from the head consultant.

Departmental support will be available to assist Doctors working within the Department through the early stages should they be new to this type of role. These are full time posts working as Specialty Doctors in Accident and Emergency in the Department, together with participation on the out of hours/weekend cover rota on a 1:7 shift pattern rota with your Middle Grade colleagues.

Doctors wanting to progress in their Emergency Medicine Career then you will be able to attend regular training within the Emergency Department both in group and individual circumstance. Should the accepted doctor wish to possess a secondary qualification, this NHS trust will be able to assist in achieving this goal and then further career progression.
