The successful candidate will work as part of a team of friendly Obs & Gyn Doctors: 7 Consultants, 5 Middle Grade, and 7 Junior Doctors.

The centre is among the most modern of its kind in the country, with the latest equipment and technology.

The Hospital undertakes over 3,700 births per year, over 6,000 gynaecology procedures. The Department is progressive in its management of gynaecological conditions and has a major interest in minimal access surgery. It is recognised as a super regional endometriosis centre. In addition the department has sub speciality interest in most areas of gynaecology including oncology, infertility, paediatric gynaecology, office gynaecology and urogynaecology.

This post would suit an individual with comprehensive and general obstetric and gynecological experience. The timetable will include labour ward sessions, antenatal clinics, gynaecology clinic, some theatre sessions and ideally scanning sessions.

* 3 month contract (Possible extension).
