Our client, part of a highly prestigious world leading global technology group, designs and manufactures a range of sophisticated, precision engineered products. The company, which is well established and going through an exciting stage in its re-development, is experiencing impressive ongoing growth and has ambitious plans for the future.

Based at one of the company’s key manufacturing locations, this high profile role will be responsible for delivering a major capital programme including investment in new facilities, plant and equipment, whilst supporting the introduction of lean principles and cultural change in the achievement of world class business performance. The role will involve leading a small team in the co-ordination of various activity streams across the site and supervising a capital budget in the region of 30m.

Candidates, ideally degree qualified in a technical discipline, will have proven experience in the execution of relevant, high value projects. Ideal candidates are likely to have worked in a manufacturing environment where they have benefited from exposure to a range of operational issues and modern manufacturing practices, though applications are also invited from candidates from outside of the sector with experience in the design and execution of major industrial/commercial construction projects.
