A General Manager POS/Display, with P&L responsibility is required by a 3m t/o p.a. subsidiary of a leading print and packaging group.
The company supplies POS and promotional packaging solutions to a prestigious customer base which includes blue chip, FMCG, Brand owners and retailers. The company’s strong reputation has been built on its innovation, state of the art design and print capability and ability to provide turnkey technical project management support from concept stage through to delivery and location merchandising. As a result of recent significant investment in unique technology, the company is poised for further expansion and wishes to appoint a General Manager who will play a key role in developing structure, commercial and operational strategy which will improve the profitability of the business and provide the platform for further growth.

Educated to a good level, candidates will ideally have previous experience gained within the POS/Display (temporary/ permanent) sector although candidates with relevant experience in other project management manufacturing environments e.g. shop fitting, contract packaging, signage etc will also be considered. Candidates could have developed their careers through a commercial, operational or logistics route but must have experience of working in and developing an SME business, in order to have gained a broad based understanding of business operations, including the management of multi- disciplined teams. Experience in leading successful change management initiatives would be a distinct advantage.
