We are now looking for a Manager Quality. Responsibilities Manage Quality Assurance operations. Establish quality management metrics and dash board Direct Raw Material qualification activities. Work as a partner with RM sourcing and Manufacturing for continuous improvement - Cost / Yield / output Drive new customer approvals and competitor benchmarking. Manage Customer Assurance operations. Provide support to marketing teams to resolve complaints Lead Quality Management initiatives with rigor Participate in global quality programs to show case break though success of product Drive Quality culture in the cable plant Exposure to large scale OFC manufacturing Exposure to sound manufacturing, quality and engineering systems and process Multi cultural exposure Essential Qualification : B.Tech/B.E Minimum experience for this role is 15 years.
