Key Responsibility: Manage Quality Assurance operations. Define, monitor and report internal quality metrics. Manage Customer Assurance operations. Develop systems to reduce customer complaints and eliminate repeat complaints. Define, monitor and report customer complaint metrics Manage Product Design and Development operations. Drive design and development of new products according to market requirements. Improve existing designs and reduce number of design variables. Manage new customer approvals and competitor benchmarking. Drive IP and patents for Cables Division Manage business development support. Provide technical support and Marketing Communication collaterals to Marketing Teams. Drive Six Sigma/TPM Quality initiatives to improve process control and discipline. Experience in Quality Systems and Initiatives Knowledge of Quality Initiatives like TQM,Six Sigma Etc. Qualification:BE/BTech Experience between 8 to 12 yrs Skills: Quality Control Analysis ? Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance. Active Learning ? Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
