A pioneer in Heavy Civil Construction is looking for a Chief Estimator to build the Business Development team from the ground up!
You must have experience winning P3 Projects in Heavy Civil Construction like Highways, Bridges, Dams, Windmills. The ideal candidate has their P'Eng and is a great communicator. This is a permanent progressive position with growth opportunity, aggressive compensation and an amazing bonus package.

If you are a Chief or Senior Estimator who has atleast 10 years of experience working on Heavy Civil projects and you have the skills below then we want to hear from you!!

Skills:

-Familiar with industry software; Heavy bid, Bid2Win, Hard Dollar, Primavera, MS Project
-Effectively negotiate material purchases and subcontracts
-10 + years experience estimating on Heavy Civil Construction projects is a must
-Monitor cost estimates with the planned budgets
-Prepare preliminary construction reports and schedules
-Great interpersonal and communication skills, you will be interacting with Project Managers, Quality Control Managers, and Contract Administrators
-Effective with cost saving solutions
-Ability to quantify import and onsite material requirements

This individual will be reporting to the President and will be responsible for Bidding, Budgeting, Estimating, and Tendering for Lump Sum
