Skills:

- Familiar with industry software; Heavy bid, Bid2Win, Hard Dollar, MS Project

- 5 + years experience estimating on road / highway and sewer / watermain projects is a must

- Effective with cost saving solutions

- Solid communication skills, well versed in dealing with sub-trades

- Ability to quantify import and onsite material requirements

- This individual will be reporting to the Chief Estimator and will be responsible for Bidding, Budgeting, Estimating, and Tendering for Lump Sum
