Skills:

- 10 + years relevant experience
- Working knowledge of contract language and legal requirements of contracts
- Ability to assist in determining bid strategies
- Ability to manage the operational and technical functions on Projects during the bid phase
- Competence with standard estimating software packages.
- Relevant domestic and/or provincial experience an asset.
