The North West office of a respected and established consultancy currently requires a Senior Building Surveyor. The essential criteria of the role are as follows:

BSc in Building Surveying or equivalent
Experience of using AutoCAD
Some experience in the Building Industry
Ability to Establish good working relationships with clients and colleagues
Self Motivated and able to work without supervision
Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
Good communication skills
Ability to demonstrate flexible approach to work

It is also desirable that you will have the following:

Experience in Education, Health and Leisure projects
Experience of Private and Local Authority Sectors
Use of NBS Specific Manager, MS Word and Project.
