Our Clients are a leading healthcare development and professional services business with a specialist understanding of the healthcare system. They are industry experts in healthcare, capital planning, property and project management. They are now looking for a Senior Consultant with significant experience working with or for the NHS. We anticipate that the ideal candidate will have come from an estates director level post within the NHS.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the Clients activities and continued development as the first choice provider offering a range of construction, property and strategic estates related management services to healthcare clients.

Key areas of delivery are business development and client management. The
major part of this role will be to develop growth with new clients.

The successful candidate will be degree qualified in a relevant discipline (building or engineering) and be a member of a professional body (RICS, MICE, MAPM). You will also have experience in strategic management and have sound negotiation skills and experience in working in the NHS,
other Government Departments,
construction related profession or in
a consultancy environment. Exposure to LIFT and Procure21 would be a distinct advantage.
