| Job Reference: VP64284T Our Client, a prestigious Facilities Management company, is currently seeking an experienced Property Asset Manager / Building Surveyor to manage the Life Cycle related works on a portfolio of projects. Key Responsibilities: o Responsible for Contract Bids, Design and Build, Contract Mobilization and Contract Close. o To manage the portfolio of projects across the group for Lifecycle related works. o To monitor and manage the accumulated fund to provide financial statements of current / planned and predicted funds balances. o To manage the spend across the portfolio and negotiate with Clients / funders for drawdown of funds. o To manage the fund surplus and agree dividend payments with Client / funders. o To develop framework agreements for key suppliers and negotiate preferential supply of key components. o To negotiate bulk `rebate` deals across key suppliers. o To manage and stretch the company lifecycle budgets to maximise profitability for the company. Skills / Qualifications Required: o Professional qualification in related profession (RIBA / RICS / BIFM). o Experience in bid development, management and operational delivery of Lifecycle related works programmes. o Strategic ability to plan future development of lifecycle related works and opportunities. o Management ability to organise and manage delivery team. o Financial ability to prepare Lifecycle management plans and forecast projections and to negotiate fee agreements. o Technical ability to prepare, audit and present Lifecycle profiles. o Interpersonal skills to coordinate the input across the business of other specialist units. o Ability to develop bid submissions and support Bid stage development. o Ability to write project briefs; works programmes and management plans. o Fluent use of Microsoft Office suite (Word /Excel) and experience in the development of Lifecycle profile team. o Be a strong and confident presenter, professional and strong, clear communicator. o Ability to influence, negotiate and sell services to Clients. o Work under tight timescales. o Able to build and maintain strong effective relationships with senior management. o Be prepared to travel extensively. o Good team player. o Be able to develop positive relationships with main contractors and Client stakeholders. o Be an Ambassador for the c |
