CAD Group Leader with experience managing and mentoring a team of CAD technicians and designers within the civil engineering project environment. The ideal individual will have a desire for design involvement, strong drafting ability, and an interest to teach with a focus on such civil mine waste geotechnical mining, waste management and or land development. One is required to provide the promotion of CAD software and capabilities and provide input to business development. In addition to this, one must be able to assist and support the various engineering consultant disciplines in providing CAD services. The current positions will pay between 85K + depending on experience and will ultimately provide one with the ability for growth within the firm on all levels. Full benefits, overtime pay and other extras are also offered in addition to exciting projects that are uniquely distributed.
