My client is looking for an Estimator to look after school projects up to GBP 25 million. Based from their main office in Manchester.The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in a revelant degree and will have 5 years + post grad experience as an estimator, have knowledge of all forms of estimating particularly Design and Build and including bills of quantities and negotiated contracts, additionally you must have good organisational skills and be computer literate.

Features of the job
Produce an accurate prime cost for the project
Co-ordinate the tender process
Develop relationships with design consultants, clients, project managers etc
Identify areas of risk and opportunity
Develop relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
Develop knowledge of market place and competitors

Applicants will have experience pricing school and hospital projects.
