REGISTERED ARCHITECT with experience in high-rise residential condominiums is needed to lead a department, full design control and work directly with principles on new high-end projects.

This position will encourage one's creative expression and is intended to provide long-term growth.

My client is one of the top, design oriented residential architecture firms just north of Toronto and work on unique projects. The firm is medium in size with about 50 full-time staff.

A successful candidate will have direct experience in high-rise residential projects One must be confident in their ability to visualise and express their creative ability clearly. Strong detailing is a must. The position also requires one to be able to mentor intermediate staff.
