The drafting position that you have been working towards your whole carrier has arrived. The position is for a design professional with a minimum of 5 years experience and no more than 15 years of experience working with low-rise residential homes and / or town homes. Our client is dedicated to make sure that their team is well trained and supported, as project standards have always been in an elite class.

Currently, a position has become available where our client is interested in bringing on a talented and experience design drafter who has experience with soft plan drawings for wood framed homes, townhouse and communities. Currently, this builder is one of the top firms outside of the GTA and has been expanding the last 20 years steadily.

The ideal candidate will have a strong will to push their carrier forward even though they have already had success. The position is for an Intermediate - Senior Low-Rise Residential Permit Drawing Drafter (soft-plan) that has experience with framing / shell and core. The position will also involve design mentoring advanced perspective, hand-sketching perspective drawing and taking in to perspective all aspects to residential design. One must have the confidence to take their raw talents and work with them to help design some of the most inspiring new communities.

Compensation depends on experience and there is 2 -3 positions available. Full benefits are guaranteed and vacation is always provided.
