IMMEDIATE OPENINGS IN TORONTO / GTA!!

ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST and AutoCAD Designer with experience in designing and residential drafting. The ideal individual will have a desire for design involvement, strong drafting ability with a focus on detailing and applying the Ontario Building Codes. This position is intended for intermediate design professionals that desire to push their carrier further, faster and have the ability to lead.

The current positions will pay between 65K + depending on experience and will ultimately
provide one with the ability for growth within the firm on all levels. Full benefits, overtime pay and other extras are also offered in addition to exciting projects that are uniquley distributed.

Our client is an award winning architecture and design firm in Toronto that specializes in low-rise residential homes and high-rise residential towers. They have been working with some of Ontario's top residential developers for over 20 years and have established themselves as on of the top design firms in the province.

Our client is currently looking for both Architectural Technologists with a minimum of 6 + years as an AutoCAD design technician with a minimum of 8 years who are experienced and technologically sound. The required individual will be a self -starter with very strong work habits and have the ability to meet client deadlines as required.

Strong concept, construction and working drawings through CAD is essential. Ability to design and be apart of the creative process with the ability to guide a project to completion is mandatory.

6 + YEARS NORTH AMERICAN EXPERIENCE IS PERFERRED
