Responsibilities:
* Lead the Oncology Pharmacy and all pharmaceutical services provided to oncology patients.
* Lead and support the performance of Oncology Pharmacy staff.
* Seek opportunities for further business development and revenue generation.
* Work with Pharmacy Manager and integrate closely with the lead haematology pharmacist to ensure efficient running of departments and compliance to appropriate regulations.
* Support and deputise the Clinical Lead Haematology pharmacist.
* Support the Lead Oncology Pharmacy Technician to maintain and operate the chemotherapy reconstitution unit to GMP standads as specified by MHRA.
* Personnel management and training.
* Provide a patient focused approach to pharmaceutical care and working within a multi-professional team.

Requirements:
* Registered with RPSGB
* B.Pharm with at least Clinical Certificate post graduate qualification.
* Broad based clinical knowledge with significant experience in Clinical Cancer services.
* A good knowledge of GMP, aseptic preparation and practical experience of clinical trials is essential.
