We are now looking for candidates with 10 yrs plus of experience in Optical Fiber Manufacturing.
Role:
The BSA manager will be responsible for controlling the breaks and meeting the targets as per the fields in right. The candidate will manage a team of 5 associates and breaks team leader.

This position reports to the Process Head.
Skill sets:
Must have a strong understanding of fractography and fracture analysis.
An experience related to working in the mechanical properties of glass will be preferred.
Target for 1 year:
Q4'09
Breaks = 10/kkm
After Q1'2010
Breaks = 6/kkm
