Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge??

This is a opportunity to work for a process engineering consultancy in Birmingham that provides design technologies and design and build solutions for the water and waste sectors.

Your role would be to advise project management department on all contractual, value and cost issues relating to projects as they arise; costing variations, trends and extra works; preparing valuations and ensuring payments are received in accordance with contract conditions; assisting with/preparing contractual claims; monitoring and approving subcontractor accounts.

You will have a recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar, and be commercially astute with relevant experience, preferably in a process related industry. A working knowledge of various forms of contract (such as IChemE, ICE, ECC, MF1 etc) is required, as is experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team.
