My client has an opening for someone to develop a unique and exciting new role within the organisation. Their top management are fully committed to efficient business process design, integrated management systems and the use of technology to leverage their resources and deliver value to their customers. As their products and services include management system consultancy, they are committed to practising what they preach!

You will have a solid background that includes some or all of business process design; QMS, ISMS or EMS management and development; regulatory compliance (including health and safety); management systems lead auditing; service level and SLA management. You will take responsibility for the ISMS and will ensure that they achieve and then maintain accredited certification to ISO9001 and ISO14001 within a PAS99 integrated management system. Development and management of effective SLAs with their key business suppliers forms an important part of the role.

The company is a fast moving, entrepreneurial business and you will also, therefore, find yourself designing and deploying new business processes to help the staff leverage leading technology, including cloud computing delivery of services like CRM and project management.

You will be business - and solution-orientated with strong communicative skills.
