| Job Reference: VP66132T The PFI Contract requires a high quality facilities management service, delivered in a customer focused manner, with the least inconvenience to the client / end users In order to achieve this, you will be required to work as a part of the clients team in a flexible manner to facilitate the smooth running of the Schools day to day activities. You will be expected to work in a multitasking manner and therefore as well as developing the core skills central to your role, you will be expected and need to gain experience across a range of other duties as directed by line management. A flexible approach will be expected to deliver best value, which may involve at times working on other sites. Because of the nature of the sites it will be necessary to have obtained an Enhanced CRB disclosure prior to commencement on site In summary, the duties of the roles are as follows: o Overall responsibility for cleaning standards on all sites o Line Management of primary school Site Supervisors. o To assist in the management of the day to day delivery of all services across the designated sites utilising both in-House staff and Sub- contractors. o To assist and support the Helpdesk team in order to manage scheduled services and reactive works across the sites using in House staff and Sub-contractors. o To liaise with the Client and users on access/protocols. o To maintain the site records of maintenance activities. o To co-ordinate and manage Site Supervisors ensuring sufficient cover is maintained. o To establish and maintain client relationships at a level appropriate to your responsibilities o Attend client / end user service review meetings as directed by Commission Manager o Produce accurate minutes from client / end user meetings ensuring all actions are addressed in a timely manner o To support and assist the Commission Manager in respect of producing monthly reports, financial management etc. o To work with central support teams to ensure IMS compliance o Any other reasonable request as appropriate to ability and skill level. Skills o Good customer care skills. o Able to exercise initiative and prioritise duties accordingly. o Hold a full United Kingdom Driving Licence. o Able to work to a high standard against agreed timescales with limited supervision. o Computer literate, conversant with the major software packa |
