A civils main contractor is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to strengthen there commercial division for projects in and around the North Midlands area on a roads and highways and general civils schemes.

Reporting directly to the managing QS this role will involve managing contracts and performing such tasks as site measures, valuations, sub-contractor payments, variation accounts, contractual notice and correspondance, checking and assisting in the production of tender documentation, preparation of pre-qualifications and monthly reports, forecasts and final accounts.

Candidates must have experience at a similar level working for a civil contractor. A Quantity Surveying qualification will be Preffered along with an understanding on NEC, JCT and ICE form of contract.
