| Job Reference: VP66164T A Feasibility Engineer is required for one of the UK's largest civil engineering and construction companies, to carry out implementation works including deep excavations, directional drilling duct laying, cable Installations and cable jointing for their East Anglia region. As Feasibility Engineer, your will have a number of responsibilities, including: o Ensuring health and safety files have been prepared and up to date. o Ensuring your Clients requirements are being adhered too. o Ensuring your Clients work specification is being adhered to and the Client is fully aware of any deviation from the specification. o Preparing management reports on progress, within budget, and any variations to specification. o Ensuring all data entry activities are conducted within the prescribed timeframes and accuracy levels o Attending customer meetings and acting as management o Ensuring there is adequate resources of the appropriate skill set available to meet business needs o Proactively seeking out new sales opportunities for the company with existing and new clients o Providing mentoring support for first reports o Undertaking other management functions as determined by your line manager o Developing and monitoring personal development plans for staff members. o Monitoring statistics, and reporting pro-active rather than re-active trends with recommendations. A strong background in a civil engineering / utilities field is required for this role, with excellent co-ordination and management skills, proven in a previous management or engineering role.
