| Job Reference: VP66106T The successful candidate will be responsible for the process design of renewable energy projects using waste, biomass, and bio fuel or bio waste. They will gain a broad experience and view on the energetic aspects of process installations. From this basis the successful candidate will develop in-depth solutions to improve energy efficiency. The successful candidate will prepare feasibility studies as well as the basic project design and detailed project design in close collaboration with the project team. They will evaluate different options to select the optimal processes and process conditions. The successful candidate will be involved in the project from the preliminary stages all the way to the project realisation. With a critical mind they will modify the project where necessary. Working on international environment with projects throughout Europe, the successful candidate can be based in either Warrington (UK) or in Mechelan (Belgium), although other locations may be considered. Can you please ensure that you highlight your preferred location on your application to ensure that there is no delay to your application Skills: To be successful in this role you will need a thorough understanding of steam cycles, cogeneration, tri-generation and combustion processes. You will be a good communicator, and with your thorough expertise you are able to manage the client and technical team to confirm your findings. You will have a Bachelors degree (or equivalent) or Masters degree (or equivalent) in Thermal Engineering, Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering. Strong written and verbal English skills are essential. Knowledge of additional languages would be advantageous.
