Are you a qualified or finalist CIMA or ACCA Accountant with experience in a blue chip organisation?

SALARY: 32,000-42,000 dependant on experience plus 5% bonus.

LOCATION: Reigate, Surrey (commutable from Crawley, Croydon, Guildford, Epsom and South London).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transactional Processing and Reporting:
a) Identify errors and weaknesses in end to end processes and drive improvements with key stakeholders to improve business efficiency.
b) Prepare and track key KPI's to monitor performance of transactional processing and lease business health identifying any short or long term trends that require attention.

Financial Accounting and Reporting:
a) Preparation of monthly Finance Lease Adjustment for Manual Lease contracts
b) Reconciliation of General Ledger account balances for Leasing Module covering investment, Asset Cost & Depreciation, Unactivated Assets, Terminations of contracts, Accruals & Deferred Income and Interest for Automated and Manual Lease Assets in Corporate and Tax Books
c) Management of Asset Creation process for Lease Assets excluded from Oracle Lease Module and maintain monthly accounting process and reporting and closure of Leasing System month end procedures
d) Maintenance of GAAP Tax Books and SOX Controls
e) Production of relevant Management Information System schedules, audit lead schedules monthly reconciliation schedules and any other reporting requirements for leasing.

Leasing Management Information
a) Provision, Accounting and Reconciliation of Loss Pools of External Lease deals across the sales channels
b) Commercial analysis of lease portfolio encompassing all areas of financial volatility and risk to devise policies that drive business efficiency and maximise return on investment
c) Evaluation of customer financial information on business deals assessed for external lease.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Senior accountancy experience in a blue chip/corporate organisation.
b) You must be a qualified or finalist CIMA/ACCA Accountant.
c) Advanced Excel knowledge, Oracle desirable.
d) Self motivated and proactive within the role, working on own initiative, identifying issues and resolving queries within specific timelines.
e) You MUST have a full driving licence and be willing to travel in the UK & Europe regularly. Also preferably based near Reigate or willing to relocate.
