Your main responsibilities in the role will include completing means tested financial assessments so previous experience in this area will be hugely beneficial. The client is looking for a candidate who has worked within CRAG guidelines previously. You will also be responsible for collection of service users? contribution towards care and carry out debt recovery action where appropriate. It is essential that candidates have a current Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check due to the nature of the work.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will enjoy interacting in a team based role.
