The role is a unique opportunity to work in a strategic role using your skills consultancy experience to advise managers on high level, complex, employee relations tribunals. You will be responsible for writing strategic Board papers and presenting at Board level, workforce development strategy and coaching managers to handle complex employee relations tribunals. Candidates applying for this role will require extensive experience of complex employee relations as well as coaching senior managers. You must have proven experience in a strategic role. Recent NHS experience is essential. Applicants will need to be able to work autonomously at a senior level and have the ability and experience to comfortably coach and support others. A good knowledge of strategic HR processes is required. Previous experience within a similar strategic or related role, handling wide ranging employee relations is essential for all applicants.
