The key focus of the role is to monitor the standards of patient care and performance of operational staff. You will make sure the staff are adequately trained to meet service requirements. You will be responsible for key performance indicators and the implementation of service redesign.

To be considered for this role you must have significant experience working within an operational and management environment. You should also have a good understanding of service values, policies and procedures. You will also have previous experience of managing budgets. Previous experience is highly desirable but not essential.
